Reel Cod Happenings

Hello readers (Linton). Reel Cod bands have been getting a number of shows lately, and in retaliation to this blasphemy, RC himself has decided to upgrade our website into something that people may actually want to go to.

I've looked in to a few options for upgrading the site, and created this as a test. Ideally we'll compose something that is simple enough for everyone on Reel Cod to manipulate for their own purposes. The ability to play music would also be a bonus. Having realized that Blogspot isn't the best place for back-and-forth discussion, Rob and I have been testing out message boards as a means of communicating off-life.

career - oh i am dead

"Time has come today,
Young hearts may go their way,
Can't put it off another day
I don't care what people say..."

A wise man once spoke those words, and what true words those are - my dear friends. Time has indeed come for the next Career release. I know you've all been clamouring for it, so finally and at last after all this time - Career's "Oh I am dead". Please click the glorious album cover above to get it. The album features 3-piece Career and rocks pretty well. Also, the record features 2 two songs with excellent vocals turns from LJ Cool Murph -"Familial relations" and "Where's your boner now?". The band is in fine form throughout, this is a must for dedicated fans and collectors!

"A man traveling across a field encountered a tiger. He fled, the tiger after him. Coming to a precipice, he caught hold of the root of a wild vine and swung himself down over the edge. The tiger sniffed at him from above. Trembling, the man looked down to where, far below, another tiger was waiting to eat him. Only the vine sustained him.

Two mice, one white and one black, little by little started to gnaw away the vine. The man saw a luscious strawberry near him. Grasping the vine with one hand, he plucked the strawberry with the other. How sweet it tasted!"
